Client Services Manager
ALO is looking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced person to fill the role of Client Services Manager based in Bathurst, NSW.
The role of Client Services Manager is pivotal in coaching, mentoring and counselling a team of staff and volunteers to embrace ALO’s vision and values and to ensure all clients rights of dignity, respect and religious/cultural beliefs are upheld. Oversee aspects of human resource management including recruitment, supervision, rostering and performance management.
